Description

As a middle school counselor, I get to help the students process who is a good friend, who is a poor friend, and who to approach with caution. This lesson uses a traffic light as a symbol of friendship. Red- Unhealthy Friendship, Yellow- Approach the person with caution, and Green- Healthy Friendship!

This lesson includes how to use the traffic light as a discussion piece, what topics to cover, and then hands on application with task cards for the student to do after.
