Using Nearpod in your online classes is a great way to engage your students in learning and get everyone participating. When you use Nearpod over Zoom, sometimes it can be hard to explain to parents what they need to do to get their child set up for the Zoom meeting and the Nearpod lesson. You may find yourself repeating the same instructions over and over again!
I created this document that I send to my Outschool or other online teaching platform parents whenever I am using Nearpod to teach a lesson. This document let's parents know how they can access Nearpod via different devices they may have access to. (only computer, 2 devices, only an iPad). I also give them instructions for splitting their computer screen!
This document will be so helpful for your parents in helping their child get set up and ready for your lesson!
All you need to do is attach it in a classroom post!
