Product Description
Neat Nameplates are a simple and sweet design for kindergarten teachers. Some name plates are very "busy" looking; I designed these in a minimalistic style to help students find what they need.

The name plates include ball and stick uppercase and lowercase letters with a picture that corresponds to each letter sound. The numbers 1 to 31 are included on a number line to support calendar math numbers.

Each file includes one red name plate and one blue name plate. The file is landscape size (11" x 8.5"). I recommend printing on a color printer and then making colored duplicates on a copy machine. Use cardstock if your machine allows thicker paper. Cut each page in half and laminate the mats for extra durability. Each name plate will measure approximately 11" across and 4.25" tall after being trimmed.

In my classroom, I often use little sticky notes and place them next to the students' name with core words or words he/she wants to spell. This method allows me to personalize what individual children may need during journal writing.
