Why not think while you play bingo?! That’s right. These Thinking Bingo © games are both fun to play as well as educational. This bingo game covers many nervous system terms as well as facts about drugs and alcohol, too. Perfect for educating teens on very important teen topics.
There are three ways to play so that the game appeals to both players who know little about the bingo game topics, as well as players who know a lot on the topic and want a challenging way to play.
Although the words bingo are not actually used in the game, the game is played in a similar fashion: three in a row or black out a card to win (for a longer game). An average game will take about 15 minutes to get a winner, more or less time depending on how the game is played. I usually have my students pair up with someone to play on the same card with. But they can play individually too of course.
These games are a great way to review for a test or just to play for fun. Excellent for homeschooling parents, teachers, after school extended day programs. Even adults can play this game to see how much they know about this topic!
These are my original game pieces. Each card is meant to be look slightly imperfect and different than the others to give the game an “artsy” look. Just cut out the playing cards to adjust border size you desire, then cut out the clue cards, laminate them, and play for years to come!
My students love playing these games! I hope you enjoy them as well.
