Students research and design a brochure on a set amount of New Deal agencies. List of optional agencies provided, with room to expand. Editable rubric included.
This project is based on student research about the New Deal programs. It is a great follow up to an introductory lesson on the New Deal. Can also be used as the introduction by allowing students to create their own understanding and use it in class.
Follow up activities to this project could include gallery walks (to preview peer's work) or students could even select one of the programs they researched and give a lesson to the class about it.
