This New England Colonies lesson features a visually-engaging PowerPoint that covers the Pilgrims motivation to found Plymouth Colony through the Salem Witch Trials and growth of Massachusetts Bay Colony.

The lesson includes information on the First Thanksgiving, John Winthrop, women's roles in society, geography, Roger Williams, Anne Hutchinson, King Philip's War, the witch trials, and much more. This is a wonderful lesson that will engage your students through fantastic images, maps, and easy-to-understand notes.

The download also included BOTH a guided notes outline and interactive notebook-style graphic organizer for students to use with the presentation! Both Word and Google Doc options are linked for your convenience!

Also included is a Google Slides version of the presentation and a "flipped classroom" narrated video option! This is perfect for showing to students or using yourself as an overview of the entire presentation.
