This organizer will help your students learn and keep track of new vocabulary words. First, get a three ring binder or three pronged folder. Then, insert alphabetical section dividers. Next, have at least ten to twenty blank pages printed to get ready. When students learn or encounter a new word (from reading, science or social studies, in life) they should add it to the notebook. Eventually there will be multiple pages in each letter section. The words don’t need to be alphabetical on the paper or within the section, but each page should only have words that start with the same letter. And each section should only have pages with words that start with the same letter. It’s like a dictionary of sorts.
*I have seen similar organizers like this, but never found one that had a pleasing format.
