New Year's Craftivity / New Year's Graphtivity

This is a New Year's graphing and craft activity. The activity is simple, engaging, and makes an easy hallway display. Poll your students using a large whole class graph (graphing pieces and display sign included). Your students will graph based on whether they "watched the ball drop" or "went to bed." From the whole class graph the students will create a tally chart and bar graph. The students will analyze their data on the recording sheet. They will then create a New Year's Eve person (boy and girl versions included) page topper.

I hope this favorite New Year's project is a favorite with your students.
