Today, our students are asked to research topics and use factual evidence in their writing. As a teacher, I find it very time consuming to gather this evidence. Sometimes, I just want my students to jump right in and get started! That is why I created this engaging New Year's resolution product. A two page article gives evidence for and against making New Year's resolutions. Students then use this information to write an opinion/persuasive piece and support their opinion and reasons with facts.
