Description
Use these newsletter templates to create weekly, biweekly, or monthly newsletters! There are 50 different templates, each with a different background design and all of them are seasonal.
The template is a Word Document so that you can edit it to your liking. The title on each page is "First Grade Happenings!" and the date on each page is set for August 2013, but of course, this can be changed for any grade level, title, or date.
The template includes a space for teacher notes, a space to list the topics currently being studied in each subject, a space for the week's spelling words (I also include the test date!), and a space for upcoming dates to remember. There is also a space to list the school phone number and your email so that parent's know where to reach you. The bottom portion of the newsletter has been created so that parents can sign and return it. I used this as a way of making sure that parents are reading the newsletters. As a reward, I would put all of the slips in a box and pull a name each week and that student would get treasure box. It encourages both the parents and the students to read the newsletter!
**Update 8/31/14 - I have added all newsletter pages in Power Point for simpler usage. I have included directions for saving and printing just one page. I have also included several new backgrounds, totaling 92 backgrounds now!
