This product comes equipped with both a teacher and student timeline to be filled out as you progress through the book with your class. The student copy has empty boxes with page numbers for which the students will locate key events that happen throughout the text. The teacher copy has the key events filled in. The timeline is three pages long and includes 37 boxes for major events.
This timeline is great to help your students follow along with the story and can be a great resource when completing a literary essay after the book is complete. Students can use the timeline to help them locate pages and quotes. It is a great tool for your visual learners. As well as it offers a great tool to study from.
Before beginning with the timeline I have my students take the three sheets and glue them vertically along chart paper, they then trim the edges allowing the students to create a tri-fold that can neatly fit into their binders.
