Working on articulation can be hard enough without having to worry about prepping and getting materials ready. This packet is PRINT & GO so you can focus on your kids, not laminating and cutting.
- There are six worksheets for each sound listed: t, d, k, g, th, s, l, sh, ch, j, r. There are also 2 worksheets each for /s/ blends, /l/ blends, and /r/ blends in the initial positions. There are two worksheets for initial, medial, and final positions for each of the other sounds. If a student were to complete both pages in a session that would be OVER 100 PRODUCTIONS!
- The first worksheet has student state the name of each object a minimum of 5 times. Then, they may color in that square. There is also a section for students to answer 3 WH-questions. The answers to the questions are the items/words. Finally, there is a spinner game to play.
-Using a pencil and paper clip, create a spinner for the wheel
provided. This can be done by placing the loop of a paper clip
and the point of a pencil in the center of the circle. Spin the
paper clip. Say the word 5 times and color in the section.
-The next worksheet is a Do-A-Dot page. It has students repeat the name of the picture at least 5 times. Then they can color in the gumball or dot it with a paint dobber.
*The do-a-dot page or the spinner game make great pages to send home for practice!
** When you're done save the worksheets so you can work on categorizing the pictures, naming associations, or describing! **
** Added on 3/4/15 INITIAL BLENDS for /s/, /l/, and /r/! **
