This comparing fractions board game requires no preparation. Just print, and add one die and a couple of playing pieces (coins work great) and you are ready to use it right away. In this game students roll a die and each number on the die represents a fraction students must look for. For example, if they roll a one, they must look for a fraction that is smaller than 1/2. Students must find an fraction on the board in a square touching the square they are on. They will make their way up the board, and the first to reach the "You Win" square in the top corner is the winner. This is a great way for students to practice comparing fractions with no extra work for you.
