I needed some fun easy hibernation activities for my pre-k, kindergarten, and k-2 varying exceptionalities (VE) class. The only thing you need is a stapler, glue and scissors.
This resource includes:
Animal Flip-Book: vocabulary, generating complete sentences, repetition
Time for Bed Activity”: Students put animals that hibernate to bed.
(5) Black and white hibernating animal posters.
Who Hibernates? Sentence Completion Activity: Students cut out pictures and paste them into the sentences.
Animal Hibernation Activity: Students locate the hibernating animals on the paper and color a blanket over each of them or cut out pieces of construction paper and tape over to make a blanket.
(8) Page fold and staple book about the process of hibernation.
A fun book to pair with these activities,
