Talking like a Pirate is so much fun that I decided to also target fine motor skills such as writing and cutting with these no prep, low ink printable worksheets just in time for #FineMotorFriday.
Page 1 targets early developing consonant sounds by having the student match the upper case with the lower case letter. Pictures are included for verbalizations and articulation practice.
Pages 2-3 are used for tracing straight, curved and zig zag lines with adorable pirate themed clip art. These pages can be used in speech therapy for targeting language concepts such as vocabulary, left/right, across, up/down and much more!
Pages 4-5 are intended for targeting early cutting skills. Students will practice their cutting skills while learning to take their time, turn the paper, manipulate the scissors, and verbally describe how they are doing it along the way. Sequencing skills play a big part in this activity.
The last two pages of this product have a neat little surprise! THIRTEEN of my fellow SLP authors have linked up (just click on the picture) their OWN pirate themed FREEBIES! You will find the direct links for these free downloads at the end of this product so be sure to scroll all the way through and click on the pictures along the way.
