This complete unit includes several activities for text based evidence reading, syllables, operations and algebraic thinking, science, graphic organizers, and labeling of the selected animals.
The unit starts with full color vocabulary cards to display in your classroom so your students can refer to them throughout the unit.
For each of the animals there is a fact card that provides quick facts for easy reference. These fact cards include a set with the clipart picture and another set with actual photos of these animals.
Also included for each animal is a text based evidence reading passage, a can, have, are graphic organizer, a label me science page, a science experiment, and a set of 6 writing topic cards that cover informative, narrative, letter writing, persuasive, and opinion writing topics.
