After your class learns the different parts of a non-fiction book they can complete this project. Students will be able to create a book report with a twist! They will complete the provided sheets and will paste onto a cereal box.

CEREAL BOX REPORT -
FRONT:
-Title of Book
-Author’s Name
-Illustration of Topic
-Student Name

BACK:
-5 fascinating facts about your topic
-Topic choice/reasoning

SIDES:
-Vocabulary Words: Select two words from the text that you think would make good vocabulary words. and write their definitions.
-Text Features: Select two nonfiction text features (maps, tables, titles, etc.) that helped you better understand and write under each feature how it helped you with your reading comprehension.

TOP:
-Rate the Book
-Rating Reason
-Number of Pages
