Description

This packet includes everything your students will need to learn about text features. Students have to not only locate the text feature, but also explain HOW those texts features help them understand that informational text better.

Included:

2 Scavenger Hunt Worksheets, for use with ANY non-fiction book!

There is one version with sentence frames and lines for students who need more support and a second version that only has the text features for students who are ready for more independence.

Scaffold and differentiate these text features to fit your kids individual needs. This works perfectly for literacy centers, as can do activities, independent work, small group, whole group, for early finishers or as remediation for reteaching.
