I've heard that some teachers call this activity "Scoot". I call it "Round-the-Room".
Students will answer STAAR Style Questions that are TEKS aligned (see below for TEKS) about Graphic Features, Text Features and Procedural Text.

This is a great way to get your students out of their seats and to explain how they think through questions/problems. I set a 3-4 minute timer and students move when they hear it go off. I make sure to model my expectations EVERY time we do this activity. This activity can also be used as a Literacy Center/Station.
