Welcome to the Nonfiction Book Report Card. Book reports don’t have to be boring. This gives students the chance to grade a book that they have read.
This worksheet will work well with students from kindergarten through second grade. Students will choose a nonfiction book and write about it on a worksheet with a report card graphic. They can draw a picture from the book in the space provided. Students will fill out information on the book including title, author, and why the student likes or dislikes the book. They also rate whether the book has good pictures, good information, and if it is interesting to the student by coloring the smiley faces with a green smile or red frown. This works great for displays or bulletin boards anytime of the year.
