Try this nonfiction one-pager activity as a creative final assessment for any nonfiction text. Take a little break from papers and let your students stretch their capabilities in an engaging new way.
One-pagers are a great way to inspire critical thinking and provide a new way to process reading for your students. But sometimes students who aren't comfortable with art get stuck and feel overwhelmed by the blank page.
That's why for this activity there's a clear list of elements for them to put into their one-pager, and three different fun templates for them to choose from.
Grading will be easy with the provided rubric, and then be sure to put up your one-pagers for a display!
