Description

This nonfiction passage about skateboarding is accompanied by some comprehension questions and ideas for further research. Students receive four QR codes for sources. You can extend this activity by have students research more about the terms, people, or events mentioned in the article. This resource was originally created for use with Burnbridge Breakouts: The Abandoned Skatepark, but works as a stand-alone reading as well. (grades 7-10)
