Each inventor addresses 3 levels of comprehension questions, 1 level of expansion questions, vocabulary, main idea and details, summarization, and paragraph writing. These passages are perfect for SLPs, special education teachers, or general education teachers.

This product is great for students in 2nd-5th grades. I often use this product with middle school students who have language impairments as well.

→ Depending on the level of your students either allow them to answer the multiple choice questions (level 1), the multiple choice questions with answers in complete sentences (level 2), the open ended comprehension questions (level 3) or the expansion questions (level 4).
• Graphic Organizer:
→ Use this graphic organizer to help your students plan a 5 sentence paragraph. Allow them to use the nonfiction passage or research independently to fill in the graphic organizer.
• Write a Paragraph:
→ Use the included page for your students to write a 5 sentence paragraph using the graphic organizer they completed.
