Product Description
Using nonverbal cues can be an effective way to redirect or compliment students' behavior without having to interrupt instruction or cause a distraction for other students. The nonverbal behavior feedback cards and chart included in this product allow you to do just that!

POCKET-SIZED CARDS FOR INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS:

There are a total of nine nonverbal behavior feedback cards included. Each card has a short message at the top accompanied by a simple picture to reinforce the message. There are cards intended to redirect students who may be engaging in inappropriate classroom behavior, and there are also cards intended to compliment students on making positive choices. You may tweak the messages to best fit your students’ needs. You may also opt to only use certain cards with your students.

CHART FOR WHOLE-CLASS BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT:

In addition to the nine cards, you will also receive larger versions of five of the cards intended to be used for a whole class behavior management system. The five chosen cards reflect a range of classroom behavior ranked from 1-5. You can tweak the messages on the cards or choose to only use 3-4 of the cards depending on your students’ needs.

To assemble the chart, paste the cards together in order vertically and hang the chart in a very visible and easily accessible spot in your classroom. Attach a clothespin or chip-clip to the chart and, throughout the day, move it to the card that best reflects the majority of your students’ behavior.
