Your students will have a great time playing this note name game because they get to move around and find partners! This game is great for note naming practice. This game will get your students naming notes in the treble and bass clef! It can also be played with just the treble clef cards if your students don't know the bass clef. Treble and Bass cards have different colored backgrounds to help you and students quickly identify cards.
This is a very simple game to teach. Each student gets a card with a different note or note name on it. They determine the note or staff location on their card. They then find a partner who has their match. "Line/Space" is included on each card so students know more specifically who they should be looking for. i.e "Treble Clef Line F" they are looking for someone on the 5 line not the first space in the treble clef.
Print out multiple copies for larger class and you can choose whether or not to include notes outside of the staff (i.e. middle c, d, and high g)
This game can be used in multiple ways, from selecting partners, timed challenges, or just a new way of learning...the possibilities are endless.
