Treble clef note-reading worksheet, middle C to high A (one octave and a sixth), using quarter and eighth notes in 3/4 time. Most worksheets just give note heads for students to read note names, but they need to be able to read note names in the context of actual music. Often the direction of stems or flags confuses students.
This worksheet is "sort of" a song; you might not want to sing it because of the range, but it is playable, though a bit odd as I tried to include all the notes multiple times.
This should be used after students have studied note names.
It can be used as an assessment if you cut off the final line, which is the scale with note names written under it.
