Organizing your middle school ELA student's notebooks by subjects or units is now a breeze with these done-for-you and editable notebook tabs or notebook labels. This set includes 45 print-and-go notebook tabs for you and your students to use at the beginning of the year or as you start a new unit.

Help your students organize their notebooks from the start by printing labels for them to glue into their notebooks.

Here's what you'll get:

  • 15 done-for-you subject labels in six different variations
  • 45 done-for-you unit labels in two different versions
  • An editable file to create your own labels.

Students will love being able to be told, "Go to your pink literary analysis section," and being able to find exactly what you're asking. No more waiting hours as they flip through 987 pages to find the right section.

All the done-for-you labels come in two to six different variations so you can choose from color options to print on white cardstock, black and white options to print on colorful cardstock, as well as options with and without clipart and with or without script or print fonts.

These are super printer and paper-friendly. Each tab comes 12 to a page so you'll just need 2-3 pages per class period. I recommend printing your daily activity tabs at the start of the year and then printing the other tabs at the start of each unit.

Prep is quick and easy... Select which tab(s) you want and thecolor of paper you want to print on, cut into twelfths, hand-out to students, have them glue into notebooks and you're off!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gina B. says, "Best resource I've used with my students in a long time! Seeing their notebooks colored coded and organized makes my teacher heart so happy!"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lisa C. says, "The way that these dividers were set up in order to print was extremely helpful and helped me save paper. You had so many options available and provided an editable version. I looked for a long time for a resource like this and am so happy that I was able to use this to help my students be more organized."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Plus Teacher says, "Even though I use a three subject notebook which is naturally divided my kids also were writing in random sections. This helped them stay organized and saved my sanity as I was trying to check notebooks. I printed on cardstock and the labels lasted ALL YEAR! Pretty amazing! I will be using these labels again this school year with my fifth graders."
