This is an XL file to print for your students to copy down the Notes & Rests for review. There is a corresponding powerpoint to go with it - you can find it on my page.

If you use the corresponding PPT, you may notice that there is a sixteenth rest on the PPT but not on the worksheet. I purposefully left it off the chart, though there is room at the bottom of the printed page if you still want to add it. I used it as bonus points on a follow-up quiz as it is not a widely used rest.
I also added the fraction equations for the beamed notes as my students were having difficulty understanding why we needed so many different notes that were all one beat. I added in the equations to help the visualize (along with the note symbols) how the notes will all sound different. A great way I found to help them really get it was using money as an analogy (a $10 bill, two $5 bills and ten $1 bills are all worth the same, but look and are counted very differently).
