Scaffolded Notes, Worksheets, and quick assessments for Online Interactive Lectures:
Four different lessons introducing the Pythagorean Theorem (identify parts of a right triangle, solve for missing measurement, check if right triangle). These lessons utilize a worksheet (.doc form) and an online lecture (see my free lesson to preview the interactive component) your students can watch from any computer with an Internet connection. Perfect for regular instruction or extra work in the class, at home, or in the library, these lectures allow students to independently catch up on missing work or function like another teacher is in the room!
Each ~15 minute online lecture has a guided notes component in the first page of the worksheet, a group activity, independent practice, and extension activities. You can follow up the lesson with a "Mastery Check," a quick 5-10 minute extended response question to gauge student understanding.
