Based on the book Notice and Note by Beers and Probst, I created my own bookmarks with the six signposts on them.
I combined the bookmarks in the book (signpost name, definition, and questions to ask) with the "text clues" found in the lessons so that my students will have all of the information in front of them.
These are one-sided. If you wanted, you could have your students make their own notes on the back--either of the signposts' uses or where they find them in various texts.
My students will use these year-round, so they will be printed on cardstock and laminated to last a while and for at least 5 texts.
