This is a great strategy to use with your Geometry students that will have them communicating, making connections, solving problems, reasoning, and increasing their perseverance in math class.
Students will be asked What do you notice? and What do you wonder? about the truth table. Generate a class list of all the notice and wonder input from individual students. This strategy is so simple and fosters a real change from the teacher asking all the questions in the classroom. This strategy invites all students to participate.
The Notice and Wonder strategy is easy to implement and can be used in other content areas.
Teachers can use Notice and Wonder activities as a warm-up, lesson intro, a transition activity, an after-test activity, or as homework.
Please visit my TpT store, Imaginary Friend. I will continue to add more Notice and Wonder Activities for secondary math classes.
