Noun Sight Word Dice Roll is a fun way to practice reading 95 noun sight words. Designed for 2 - 4 players, your students will love practicing sight words!
After sorting the cards into piles based on how many dots are on the die on the card, students are ready to play. Player 1 rolls a die. Whatever number s/he rolls is the pile to choose a card from. After selecting the card, Player 1 reads it aloud. If it is read correctly, s/he gets to keep it. If not, it goes at the bottom of the pile. Player 2 repeats the process. If a player rolls a number that has no cards left, s/he loses the turn. The game is over when all cards have been chosen. The winner is the person with the most cards.
This game is ink friendly. All cards and graphics on them are in black and white. You can choose to print the cards on white paper, or for extra oomph, print on colored paper. You will need a die to play, but a spinner is included if you do not have one. Using the spinner will require a pencil and paperclip.
