Noun Task Cards: 72 Cards for Common, Proper, Singular, Plural and Possessive Nouns
Learning the different types of nouns can be tough at first! Person, place, and thing are easy enough -- but a plural possessive noun? Eek! These 72 spring-themed noun task cards can help.
There are six sets to help students learn to identify the noun types (person, place, thing, animal & idea), common and proper, capitalizing proper nouns, singular and plural, and possessive nouns. Each set includes a title card, 1-3 optional definition cards, and 12 multiple choice noun task cards.
A "My Nouns Recording Sheet" and a "Nouns Answer Sheet" for each set are included aid you in grading or allow students to easily check their own work. The task cards can be used in centers, for partner work, in groups, or as a whole class in a lesson or activity. The cards can be printed in color or grayscale, on regular printer paper or on cardstock and laminated.
