Students will complete the noun, verb, or adjective task cards. There are 52 cards, plus a cover card, a direction card, and an answer sheet. The task cards can be used to review nouns, verbs, and adjectives. Place the task cards in your literacy stations and students can work on them independently.
Words include: doctor, dance, meow, bright, ball, crazy, fight, asleep, scary, scream, doll, busy, grow, librarian, rich, pencil, hungry, flowed, country, knit, shiny, flower, fancy, tired, expensive, reach, zoo, sparkling, green, flew, prickly, nurse, talented, write, kitten, clever, kick, graceful, park, marched, precious, dentist, walk, cute, shell, angry, scatter, magazine, jittery, yell, lazy, and chase.
My students enjoy completing task cards and it helps me to identify students that are still having difficulty with a taught skill. I have a task card station in my group rotations. My students also work on the task cards when they complete an activity early. This activity is brought to you by "PRECIOUS ITEMS."
