Help students develop syntax by practicing the noun+verb+noun sentence structure. Color coded to assist visual learners.
This worksheet has students fill-in the blanks with subject nouns, "to be" verbs, or object nouns to complete sentences. Requires students to pay attention to parts of speech, word order, and subject-verb agreement. Students also write their own sentences using the sentence structure. Use this as a guided introduction, to review the syntax, or as an assessment.
