This 1-page document appears very similar to a menu at a restaurant. Students select the required number of questions/activities/projects from each section of the menu. Each section of the menu hits on a different aspect of Blooms Taxonomy, and gives the students opportunities to assess the novel through analysis, and engage in the text through creative interpretation.
