Book Fourteen Synopsis: Jack and his sister Annie continue their mission of saving books that have been lost in history. This adventure takes them to ancient China and the time of the Dragon King. He is not a very good person. The emperor has ordered that all books be destroyed. It is up to Jack and Annie to rescue the book Morgan needs before the burning begins. Will there be enough time for them? When the emperor sees them trying to save a book, what will he do? Morgan says this it the most dangerous mission yet? Read and find out why?

This print and use workbook series is a child-directed novel study. There is no teacher or parental prep time required. The novel study series approaches three keys to success for young readers.

The first key is learning and understanding the use of new vocabulary. Children will practice writing, spelling, and using new words that are used in the novel.
