Thank you for your interest in this product. I hope it helps you in your classroom. Novel Notes was born when I wanted to take out the vocabulary, compare/contrast portion, and summaries from my comprehension notebook and put them into a file folder to keep things handy.
It’s easy to assemble –
*Cover is glued on the front of the folder. Students write the title, author, their name, and draw a cover for the novel.
*Inside the Vocabulary is placed on the left portion of the folder. Multiple sheets may be needed.
*On the inside right the Summary section is placed under the Comparison chart. As students read they will fill in the chart, and write end of chapter summaries.
*On the back the character chart is glued. This area is to write/draw the different main characters and write descriptions about them.
I hope this helps you!
