Product Description
Novel Setting Research Project - Each decade of America’s past has been filled with unique people, events, styles, and accomplishments. Students will be working as historians to study an important decade in America’s history. This research project asks students to work in teams of three to research, create artifacts, construct a learning poster, and present their findings to the class in the form of a group oral report. For extra credit, groups can dress in the style of the decade they researched on the day of their presentation.

This project typically takes ten fifty-minute class periods. Additional time may be necessary based on your students’ needs and can be modified to fit any time period in American history.
