### Description

Are you looking for fall, forest, harvest and Thanksgiving themed centers for your kindergarten students? They will love November Math and Literacy Centers. This unit is a combination of November Math Centers and November Literacy Centers. This unit is full of fun hands-on math and literacy centers that are perfect for your kindergartners to help build a strong foundation in math, number sense and literacy skills. All of the centers are common core aligned and encourage independence. Students will love the colorful graphics and fun fall/November themes.

Getting Started: Suggested use of Products (Storage and Organization)
Turkey Trot Number Order the boys and girls will work on number order and/or number writing. (K.CC.A.1, K.CC.A.3)

Turkey Trot Number Write: the boys and girls will practice writing numbers. (K.CC.A.1, K.CC.A.3)
Forest Number Order Mix-Up: Set 1: the boys and girls will determine the missing number and write all three on the forest animals. Set 2: the boys and girls will order the mixed up numbers in numerical order and write the numbers on the forest animals. (K.CC.A.2, K.CC.A.3)
Grumpy Bear Number Write Printable: the boys and girls will practice writing the numbers 1-10 or 11-20. (K.CC.A.1, K.CC.A.3)
Counting Crows:the boys and girls will choose a set of cards and count the total numbers of grows (1-15) and practice writing the number. (K.CC.B.4 K.CC.B.5)
Beary Fun Balance: the boys and girls will choose a card and place the matching number of bears in the buckets of the pan balance. Then, they will determine the weight of the bears. (K.CC.B.4.A, K.MD.A.1, K.MD.A.2)
Beary Fun Estimation: the boys and girls will choose a card and estimate how many bears are on the card. Then, they will count and write the actual number. (K.CC.B.5)
Estimation Printable: the boys and girls will grab a handful of bears and write their estimation on the first hand and the actual amount on the second. (K.CC.B.5)'
How Does Fall Measure Up?: the boys and girls will determine how many blocks tall the fall themed pictures are. (K.CC.A.3, K.MD.A.1)
Fall Harvest Spin and Write: the boys and girls will spin the spinner, count the total number of harvested vegetables and practice writing the number (1-5 or 6-10). (K.CC.A.3, K.CC.B.5)
The Great Harvest: the boys and girls will determine who harvested the most vegetables and determine who had the greatest harvest. (K.CC.A.3, K.CC.B.5, K.CC.C.6)
Forest Animal Count Printable 1-5, 6-10: the boys and girls will count the forest animals in each row and write the number. (K.CC.B.5)
Tail feather Dice Game: the boys and girls will roll the dice and practice building the turkeys with the feather. Then, they can write the number on the turkeys belly. (K.CC.A.1, K.CC.A.3)
Tail Feather Addition: the boys and girls will choose a card and count the total number of feathers on the turkeys. (K.CC.A.3, K.OA.A.1)
Shape Chase: the boys and girls will choose a card and determine which shape the 3 dimensional shape resembles. Then, they will draw the shape on the recording sheet. (K.G.A.2)
