Looking for a fun way to engage your students in writing during November? These writing prompts will help you guide your students in developing their writing skills while celebrating the unique qualities of fall.
Included are 30 different writing prompts. You can choose which ones to use and the format that works best for your students. A list of prompts is provided so your students can respond in their writing journals, or you may wish to use the writing prompt templates. The templates are “print and go” ready for you. The prompt is written at the top of the page and space is given for the students to prewrite and then draft their ideas. Take students through the writing process by having them choose a few to publish throughout the month.
These are also handy to have at your fingertips for those unexpected days when you need a sub. Just print and go!
I hope you enjoy celebrating Fall and the uniqueness of each of your budding authors!
