The colorful posters included in this resource provide a space for students to display what they are reading at the moment. They can do this by writing it on a sticky note and posting it on the poster. This will assist you, the teacher, in keeping track of what students are reading, and how long they have stayed with a book. It also provides a space for them to display what their favorite book is. This helps facilitate conversations about books amongst students, and provides them with examples of books their peers have enjoyed.
Also included in this resource is a reading log template. It allows students to easily transfer their sticky notes from the poster onto the log once they have finished a book. This is an easy way to keep track of all the books they have presently read during the year.
Lastly, letters that spell out "NOW READING" are included. These letters can be printed out on colored paper and used for a bulletin board title.
