The PowerPoint touches on topics like energy production and nuclear weapons. It’s a short PowerPoint, but can lead to really great conversations on these topics. I wouldn’t leave this one with a supply teacher because you as the classroom teacher will be able to direct the conversations more effectively.
Usually, my notes are more of the fill-in-the-blanks style so that I can go through more content quicker. I didn’t do that here because I still want my students to develop note-taking skills before they go off to college or university. Use the 2-page note provided or have students write their notes in their binders or notebooks.
Again, this resource is quite simple, hence the low price tag.
