This bingo game can be used for any language and grade level. The only materials needed are the teacher prepared number sets and a paper and pencil for the students.
Laminate the 7 downloaded number pages and cut out the numbered squares. Group the numbers into the following sets and put an elastic around each set. Store them in a container. 1-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60-79, 80-99.
Have the students title a Bingo or Loto page in their notes. This page can be used front and back and last the whole year. Put on the board the group of numbers that you will be practicing, ie: 40-59 and draw an enlarged + plus sign. (not too big) Tell the students to choose four numbers from that set and write them in the four areas of the plus sign. The teacher can play along on the board. Shuffle the cards and pull a number from the deck and say the number in the chosen language. If, the students have the corresponding number, have them circle it on their grid. (to avoid frustration with students who do not know their numbers well yet, pause after you call it and then show the number to the students.) When all 4 of their numbers have been called they can call out Bingo or Loto!
Have the students call the numbers back to you to verify. You can continue the same game until a couple more students call out Bingo. If you want to practice the same group of numbers again, have them draw another plus sign and choose 4 more numbers. (They should be able to make several rows on both the front and back of the paper.)
