Make learning numbers to 10 bright, hands-on, and creative with this cheerful Number Houses math craft!

Students will build a little house for their chosen number and use the windows and doors to record different ways to represent it. It’s a wonderful way to reinforce number sense, counting, and number representation skills while adding a fun artistic element to your math block.

This project is perfect for whole-class displays, counting lessons, small groups, or math centers—and pairs beautifully with early numeracy routines or counting rhymes.

What’s Included in This Craft Pack:

  • One-page version (all pieces for one student on a single page)
  • Template version (larger pieces, multiple parts per page—great for coloured paper)
  • Two house styles:
    • Flip-flap windows and doors
    • Flat version for simple assembly
