This is a math game for matching the various number forms: word form, expanded form, and standard form. It is perfect for review, independent practice, or partner work. The game contains 30 sets of numbers and can be used over and over again. Game can be played in a variety of different ways:
-Memory match: Sort cards into Word, Expanded, and Standard forms and lay them face down in three separate areas (or in one big square). Students can take turns flipping cards until they have found the correct match. Can be played with two or all three forms.
-Sort: Students can lay all cards out in front of them and fish through them to find the matching forms.
-Word Form with a Partner: One person takes all the word form cards and reads them one at a time. When a card is read the other player then finds the standard form and expanded form that matches.
Print on card stock, or laminate to make the game last.
