You can use these activities to build number counting (1-120) fluency with your students. It contains two different versions of almost each activity. You have the option of using a “cut and paste” version or simply practice with writing the numbers in the correct boxes. I have also included a writing practice page for 1-50, 1-100, and 1-120. My students needed extra practice with 100-120 so I have included written practice and cut/paste pages for that. They also seemed to struggle with writing the “teens” and confusing them with their reversals so I have included practice sheets specifically for that. Students are able to practice counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s. This packet gives them lots of practice to build the fluency they need to become proficient at number counting fluency to 120.
Common Core 1.NBT.1. Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral.
It also offers many differentiated activities for all ranges of students. Some students may need the scaffolding that the "missing number" charts provide; others may be able to complete the blank number chart! I also love the fact that my firsties are able to practice counting alongside their gluing and cutting skills!
I use the blank charts as a pre-assessment as well as their summative assessment!
Enjoy and please come back and rate!
