Description

Contig is one of the best number sense and mental math games ever! It is one of our all-time favorites and a go-to activity for centers, small groups, or whole-group fun. You can integrate it into almost any grade level. Younger students develop number sense as they play. Older students are challenged to use the skills they’ve mastered. And it’s always fresh – never boring!

In my classroom, I have the game boards copied, laminated, and ready to go. I teach my students how to play and we practice together. We have number cubes ready and we use dry erase markers to cover numbers.

Clear directions for preparation and play, both classroom and home version, are included.
