Number Sense Game Math: This number sense game allows students to play a math game and have fun during centers or intervention time. The students will learn number sense that each number has multiple ways of representation such as money, tallies, dice, place value, etc.
Directions: Draw a random card to be the “slap number”. Shuffle cards and distribute them evenly amongst the group members. Each person lays down a card, face up, going in a circle. When the “slap number” is shown, the first person to slap the deck gets all the cards. If a miss-lap happens then that students gives a card to each team member.
