The is the second edition in my "Number of the Day" series. It is designed to build off of the first edition as it adds complexity and new elements. The resource can be used alone or as part of a journal. They may be used over the course of the year to assess and improve mathematical fluency. In our classroom we typically do this activity twice a week. The activity includes tally marks, even or odd, word form, time, and money. It also includes addition and subtraction with a partial hundred chart, direct non-standard measurement, and sticker notation.
